The deal.

You must be old enough in your jurisdiction to enter the kinds of venues Poppin lists, and old enough to enter into a contract. Operators must have authority to act for the venue they manage.

Keep your sign-in safe. Activity from your account is your responsibility. If you lose access, contact hello@poppin.app to recover or close it.

Hours, photos, events, and deals come from venue operators or imported sources. We do our best to keep listings accurate but cannot guarantee them. Always check directly with a venue for plans that depend on operating hours, capacity, age limits, or deals.

Check-ins require foreground GPS within the venue’s radius. You agree not to use spoofed location, automation, or third-party tools to fake check-ins. Repeated abuse may result in account suspension.

• Harassment, bullying, threats, or abuse of other users, operators, or staff.
• Objectionable content — hateful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or discriminatory names, photos, messages, or listings.
• Impersonation, or claiming a venue you do not manage.
• Posting unlawful content, including events or deals that violate local law.
• Automated scraping of venue data beyond what the published API permits.
• Reverse engineering, attempting to bypass RLS, or interfering with the service.

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Names, group names, venue suggestions, and anything else you contribute must follow the rules above.

Every user can report content or a person directly in the app (on a venue, or from the menu next to a friend), and can block any user — blocking removes the connection and hides you from each other. We review reports and act on violations, which may include removing content and suspending or banning accounts, typically within 24 hours.

By using Poppin you agree to these rules and to our enforcement of them.

Operators are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, events, and deals. Poppin Pulse subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe; cancel at any time from the customer portal — access ends at the close of the billing period.

Poppin shows venues aggregated, privacy-thresholded insights only — never individual user identities or precise location histories. See the privacy policy for details.

Poppin is provided “as is”. We are not liable for your decisions about where to go, what to drink, who to meet, or what happens once you arrive. We are not responsible for venue actions or third-party content.

You can delete your account in-app at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the platform’s safety.
